Refunds, returns & cancellations

Here is exactly what happens to your ₹100 price lock and your later physical-product purchase.

₹100 price-lock fee

The ₹100 price-lock payment is a non-refundable booking fee. It is not a deposit and is not deducted from the ₹1,999 physical-product payment due on launch day.

Once payment clears and your unique single-use discount code is issued, the booking fee is considered fulfilled even if you later choose not to purchase the badge pin.

When the ₹100 can be refunded

• You were charged twice for the same price lock.
• Your payment succeeded but we cannot issue a working code.
• We cancel the launch entirely and do not make the product available.

For an eligible refund, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

If the launch date changes

The current expected stock-landing date is 15 October 2026. A delay is not automatically a cancellation. If the date changes, we will communicate the revised timing and make reasonable adjustments to the validity of issued price-lock codes.

Returns on the physical badge pin

Once the badge pin is actually purchased and delivered, the physical-product return policy applies to the ₹1,999 product payment. The ₹100 booking fee remains non-refundable.

• Contact us within 48 hours for a product that arrives damaged, defective or materially incorrect.
• Include the order number and clear photographs so we can assess the issue.
• For approved returns, the product should be unused and returned in its original packaging unless the issue is a defect or transit damage.
• Approved refunds for the physical product are returned to the original payment method after the return is assessed.

Changing your mind before launch

There is no physical order to cancel when you only purchase the price lock. You can simply choose not to use your code on launch day. The ₹100 booking fee remains non-refundable except in the circumstances listed above.
