The ₹2,199 price is the early launch offer for the physical pixel badge. This is the actual product purchase, not a booking or price-lock payment.

Place your order at ₹2,199 during the early launch period. Your physical badge will be shipped once the product is ready and stock is available for dispatch.

No separate price-lock payment or additional purchase is required.

Where we ship

We currently ship within India to serviceable delivery addresses supported by our courier partners. International shipping is not currently offered.

Dispatch & delivery

Shipping charge: Any applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch: Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days after the physical product order is confirmed.
Delivery: Typical delivery is 3–7 working days for major cities and 5–7 working days for other serviceable locations.
Delays: Courier delays, weather, public holidays and events outside our control can extend these estimates.

Tracking

When your parcel is handed to the courier, tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order. Please keep your phone number available for delivery coordination.

Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the product before discarding any materials. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us through the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.
